Booking Policy
For all bookings a 50% deposit of the total value of the booking is payable at the time of booking, with the remainder to be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival.
Please Note:
Providing us with your credit card details and authorising us to debit the card will be deemed as having the same effect as you “signing” the Credit Card Voucher.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations for bookings made up to 14 days before arrival.
If a booking is cancelled in the 14 days before arrival, there will be a charge of 50% of the total price (the deposit).
If a booking is cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, the total amount of the booking will be payable.

This cancellation policy only relates to direct bookings made on this website. All non-direct bookings will be subject to their own terms and conditions from third-party agents. All bookings will be subject to the terms and conditions made at the time of the booking. Please contact the agent with whom you made the booking for cancellations or modifications.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In
The Cottage will be available for check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival. Whenever possible we will endeavour to provide an early check-in if available.
Check-Out
Checkout is 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
House Rules
No parties and no noise after 11pm. No large gatherings for events without prior approval from host. BBQ is to be cleaned on departure. $50 cleaning fee applies where cleaner is required to clean BBQ.
A bond of $200 is required for any additional cleaning costs or damages. This is not billed upon booking, only upon departure if damages are incurred or additional cleaning is required.
Bride and Grooms are very welcome, however no bookings for wedding parties or wedding events.
Equipment
Use of equipment supplied at the cottage including bikes, scooters, fishing gear and beach equipment requires agreement to the Waiver and Release that will be provided to you upon booking.
Smoking
Smoking inside the cottage is not permitted, however smoking outside the cottage, including on the deck is permitted. Ash trays are supplied.
Guest Capacity
The Cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests. There are three bedrooms, two with king beds and one bedroom with a queen bed. Upon request, additional children can be catered for. Please discuss with host.
Pets
Pets are welcome, both inside the cottage and outside in the fully enclosed yard. Dog bowls and beds are supplied.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of $250 per stay is payable in addition to the cost of the accommodation. The entirety of this fee is passed on to Sweet Creek Cottage’s dedicated cleaner who ensures the cottage is immaculate prior to your arrival.
Security
The cottage is fully equipped with a security system for the safety of your belongings. Instructions will be provided to you upon booking, however it is optional as to whether you decide to use the system during your stay.
For guest safety, security cameras are located at the front and side of the property. To ensure guest privacy, there are no cameras located inside the cottage or at the rear of the property.
